  • Micro & Mini : Professional electric pizza, bread oven. Stainless steel frontal lining refractory cooking surface - heat insulation by rock wool lining- 3 thermostats for mod. MINI, 2 thermostats for mod. MICROV 1C and 4 thermostats for mod. MICROV 2C. Doors with Pirex inspection glass (with blind door on request). On request for MICROV 1C model: chamber height 18 or 22 cm. The model with 22 cm chamber is equipped with a light and pyrometer.

 

  • FME - FMS : Professional electric pizza, bread ovens - stainless steel or rustic frontal lining, only stainless steel for mod. FYE - refractory cooking surface - heat insulation by rock wool lining - doors with Pirex inspection glass - pyrometers only for mod. FME - interior lighting - 2 thermostats per chamber.

 

  • FML - FYL : Professional electric pizza, bread ovens - stainless steel or rustic frontal lining, only stainless steel for mod. FYL - refractory cooking surface – heat insulation by rock wool lining - doors with Pirex inspection glass – pyrometers only for mod. FML - interior lighting - 2 thermostats per chamber.

 

  • FMD : Professional electric pizza, bread ovens. Stainless steel frontal lining - fully refractory cooking chamber - digital control panel - heat insulation by rock wool doors with Pirex inspection glass - pyrometers - interior lighting.
